Enable Windows 10 SMB 1.0

因為 Windows 10 預設停用 SMB 1.0, 有些比較舊的播放器，例如 KODI 舊版，會無法使用 SMB，需啟用 SMB 1.0

run Power Shell as Administrator
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName smb1protocol
