修正 Onedrive 正在處理變更

沒有檔案需要同步，但是 OneDrive 卻一直卡在正在處理變更
重置可以解解此問題

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive"
OneDrive.exe /reset

但是因為所有檔案需要重新檢查是否有變更，需要一段時間
