PHP post_max_size 2047M for 32 bit

32 bit PHP post_max_size 的最大值是 2047M, 這是因為 32 bit signed integer 限制,
php.ini 裡的 post_max_size 設定若超過 2047M, 會導致程式不正常, 抓不到 POST 變數的資料.
64 bit 則無此限制.
一般來說, memory_limit > post_max_size > upload_max_filesize
