當您嘗試在 Windows XP 中安裝使用 Windows Installer 的程式時，收到錯誤訊息
Windows XP 遇到「無法存取 Windows Installer 服務」, 請參照上面的官方說明, 通常用第一招就可以解決了
msiexec /unregister
msiexec /regserver
重開機

.Net Framework All In One for WinXP 繁體中文 (518MB)

配合批次檔, 一鍵全自動安裝, WinXP 繁體中文版適用
.Net Framework 其實不是必要安裝套件, 但是有愈來愈多的軟體需要它, 所以大部份的電腦都有裝.
