Avast User 區域連線變空白的解法

有裝 Avast 防毒軟體的用戶, 12/6 起會遇到區域連線變空白的問題, 網路無法使用,
原因是 Avast 防毒軟體出包, 把 tcpip.sys 誤判當成病毒刪除

解決方法: 下載 avastfix.zip
解壓縮後執行 fixtcpip.bat
