Windows Live Messenger 8.x can not send offline message any more

Windows Live Messenger 8.x 是使用 MSNP15,
其傳送離線訊息需透過 https://ows.messenger.msn.com,
而微軟已把 ows.messenger.msn.com 指到 127.0.0.1,
很明顯地就是要讓你不能用, 即關掉 8.x 版的離線訊息支援,
大概在一星期前就遇到不能傳離線訊息, 所以在 6/18 前後應該就已調整.
解決方式需換到支援 MSNP18 的版本, 也就是 Windows Live Messenger 2009 (14.x) 以上的版本才行
個人一直用 8.5 版至今, 這下也要被強迫升級了
