Base58 是源自於比特幣的一種編碼方式,
它不使用看起來易混淆的字 0 (zero), O (capital o), I (capital i) and l (lower case L), 也不使用等殊符號,
大小寫英文加數字扣掉上面四個 (26x2+10-4=58)
用在網址傳輸也沒有問題
