mcfirst - check if you can receive IPv4/IPv6 multicast

mcfirst 包含在 ssmping 套件內, 官網上有 Source tar ball 及 Windows 的 binary
可以用來測試是否可以接收到 Multicast 封包, 支援 IPv4/IPv6,
例: 接收 Multicast address 233.10.10.10, Port 7000 100 個封包
mcfirst.exe -c100 233.10.10.10 7000

另外一套 mreceiver for Windows 也有類似的功能,
mreceiver 233.10.10.10 7000
