PowerPoint 有個好用的模式是前一陣子才知道的, 分享給大家,
一般在簡報的時候通常是用 NB 接投影機, 也就是雙螢幕,
「顯示簡報者檢視畫面」可以讓簡報者跟觀眾看到不同的畫面,
在「簡報者檢視畫面」可以加備忘稿, 還可以 Alt-Tab 切到其他視窗, 做其他的操作, 想給觀眾看,
還可以拉到簡報那個畫面(需先設定為延伸螢幕)
Office 2003 的設定位置在「投影片放映」「設定放映方式」「 多重螢幕」「顯示簡報者檢視畫面」
