我本身沒在用 Outlook Express (以下簡稱 OE), 但是常有朋友問我 OE 的問題, 把一些心得寫下來
Outlook Express 所使用 .dbx 檔案的最大檔案大小資訊
OE 所使用的 dbx 有最大 2G 的限制, 當到達此限制時, 可能會
1. 無法收信
2. 信件全部消失
1. 發生的原因是檔案無法再寫入, 於是信就收不下來
解決方法: 把 dbx 檔改名, 如把 收件匣.dbx 改名為 收件匣2005.dbx, 重新啟動 OE,
再去 收件匣2005 把信件歸納到其他分類
(註: 工具/選項/維護/郵件檔資料夾 可查看儲存位置)
2. 可能 dbx 檔有毀損
微軟提供的解決方法:
1. 檔案/離線工作, 避免有新的新件收進來
2. 資料夾停留在 Outlook Express, 保持沒有資料夾在開啟狀態
3. 關閉左邊的資料夾列表, 也可以由 檢視/版面配置 設定
4. 檔案/資料夾/壓縮所有資料夾, 在動作時, 不要使用電腦
5. 如果有發生錯誤, 重新啟動 Outlook Express, 再從第一步驟開始,
若還是一樣有錯誤, 重新開機, 再從第一步驟開始
