yppasswd can update NIS password, but ypserv need to restart to take effect.
add
/etc/init.d/ypserv restart
to /usr/lib64/yp/pwupdate (x86 is /usr/lib64/yp/pwupdate) is a workaround.
ypserv will restart when user run yppasswd.
I know this is informal workaround,
If someone knows other solutions, Please leave comment.
Let yppasswd update NIS password immediately
