前提假設: 九成的全速下載速度
150/M數 = 下載 1GB 所需分鐘數

例如:
2Mbps 的網路下載 1GB 所需時間是 150/2=75 分鐘
10Mbps 的網路下載 1GB 所需時間是 150/10=15 分鐘

150 是這樣來的
1024*1024*1024*8/(1024*1024*60*0.9)=151.7
