release cursor -> ctrl+alt
full screen toggle -> ctrl+alt+enter
nic -> pcnet32, multiple virtual nic ability, Good

Virtual PC
release cursor -> alt-shift
full screen toggle -> right alt+enter
nic -> same as physical one
